ASME SA-240 Middle Thick Stainless Sheet 10MM Thickness Solution Pickling 321 Hot Rolled Inox Sheet Bending
The welding methods of 321 stainless steel plate can be manual TIG welding, CO2 welding and manual arc welding.
1. Manual TIG welding
Er321 welding wire, 2.5 thick or 3.2 thick can be used. For 6mm thick 321 stainless steel plate, x-groove can be used. Pay attention to welding deformation during finish welding, one on the front and one on the back, so as to offset the influence of welding deformation as much as possible.
2. Carbon dioxide welding
What does carbon dioxide welding mean? It is a gas shielded arc welding using carbon dioxide as protective gas, which is fully known as carbon dioxide gas shielded arc welding.
If you want to get better results, you can cut and weld the 6mm thick 316L stainless steel plate with flux core wire 321 Inox Sheet. The reason for choosing flux cored wire is that the spatter is very small and the weld protection effect is good, but the price is expensive.
Pay attention to the cleaning operation between layers during operation. The next welding must be carried out after removing the coating.
3. Manual arc welding
Manual arc welding refers to welding with manually operated electrodes. A207 electrode can be used for welding 321 stainless steel plate with 6mm thickness, and the intermediate layer needs to be cleaned during electrode welding.
