Maintenance of manure removal machine
1. Before use, add 30# engine oil to the middle of the oil window for the cycloid reducer, add 1.2-1.5 liters of 50# engine oil for the turbo reducer, and replace the engine oil every three months
2. The manure board is cleaned 2-3 times a day, and the manure ditch is too long to increase the number of manure cleaning
3. During normal operation, check the lubricating oil once a week, add it when it is insufficient, and drip lubricating oil to the transmission chain once a week
4. Check the chain tightness every month. It is advisable for the middle part of the chain to sag by 3-5 mm. After loosening and adjusting the fastening bolts, tighten the bolts and top wire
5. Check the manure scraping board every week, and clean up the feces accumulated on the board in time
