1. Cage and frame
1) Punching from the hot dip galvanized steel panels, zinc 275g/sq.m, no welding, all fixed by screws
2) Feeding through: galvanized steel
3) Drinking system: including squre pipes, nipples, regulators, drip cups, steer wires and installation accessories

2. Automatic feeding system
1) Feeding trolley, material is hot dip galvanized steel
2) Feed conveying auger pipe material: PPR, diameter 90mm
3) Feed silo: 5t to 30t can be choosing
4) It is combined with feed hopper, hopper frame and hopper track. The feed is stored in the silo outside chicken house, the feed is distributed automatically to the feed hoppers from the feed silos by the spiral augers installed in the steel pipe, feeding hoppers move and drop the feed from the beginning to the end of chicken house

3. Automatic manure removing system
1) The manure-supporting plate of the automatic belt type manure cleaning machine is installed under each layer of chicken cages. When the machine is started, the motor reducer drives the automatic rollers of each layer to work through the chain, and friction occurs under the extrusion of the forced roller and the automatic roller. Force, the dynamic bearing manure belt moves along the length of the cage group, conveys the chicken manure to one end, and is scraped off by the scraper set at the end to complete the manure cleaning work
