Automatic chicken cage equipment details

Cage system
1. Bottom wire is Alu-zinc wire mesh: corrosion resistance is 3-4 times of that of ordinary hot galvanized wire mesh
2. Sliding cage door: it is limited to bending, convenient to operate and easy for taking the chickens in and out
3. Bottom wire: it has a slope of 8 degree and high elasticity because it is placed above the tension wire. This design can protect the eggs during falling and rolling
4. Egg protective damper: it prevents the chickens pecking eggs, and avoids chicken manure falling on the trough on bottom layer
5. Top wire: it is used to prevent the chickens pecking the manure belt. Space above the top wire is big enough for good air circulation

Hopper feeding system
1. The main feed line can work automatically. Feed will be dispensed evenly in the feed trough
2. V-shaped feed trough may avoid “feed left at edge” to prevent the feed from accumulating and mildewing
3. The magnetic end device can effectively clean the accumulated feed to avoid mildew, ensure birds healthy and save labour
4. Proven design and stable running can prevent maintenance for the most part

Automatic egg collecting system
1. High quality PP egg belt (woven or perforated belt), low extension rate, little contraction or expansion caused by changing temperature
2. Optional egg saving wire ensures that eggs will roll smoothly to the longitudinal egg belt. Belt moving time and interval can be adjusted as per customer’s requirements
3. Proven design ensures stable running, maintenance-free and lower broken egg ratio
4. Transversal egg conveying system can be chosen. All eggs will be delivered to outside of poultry house. This can save labor cost and reduce the contact of workers with birds

Manure removal system in cage
1. High efficiency motor ensures the belt transmission stable and reliable
2. Rubber-coated driving roller and partial rubber-coated tension-roller make sure that manure will be cleared away from belt and no slippery of belt
3. The manure scraper is a little soft, effectively protects the conveyor belt. Double scraper ensures the cleaning effect of the conveyor belt. PU material, replaceable, with long service life
4. The two sides of conveyor belt support is a little higher, prevent the manure from spilling out
5. High precision products can ensure that manure belt will not deviate from the right position
