1) Cage mesh is made of zinc aluminum alloy wire,275g/m2 hot deep galvanized, which has a smooth surface, corrosion resistance and long service life
2) Cage frame structure is galvanized steel with 2mm thickness, very stable with more fulcrum and the entire cage system without welding
3) Automatic feeding system
In this feeding system, it comes with feed hoppers. Feed is distributed automatically to feed hoppers from the feed soils by spiral augers.The auger materials made by South Africa with best quality. The feeding hopper fully enclosed design to avoid dust, reduce the incidence of chicken respiratory disease
4) Automatic drinking system
There are 2 to 3 nipple drinkers for each two cage sections on the PVC pipes
The “V” shape leakage gutter underneath the water pipes, holds the water drops and prevent the drops to the manure belt, therefore a drier manure is obtained
5) Automatic egg collection system
Automatic egg collections includes egg collection machine, egg collection belts and hooks
It can collect up to 25,000 eggs per hour, reduce the egg breakage which caused by manual work
6) Automatic manure removal system
H type automatic chicken cage come with belt cleaning machine,the manure are collected from each tier and transported to the horizontal manure conveyor, it can be transported to the storage or through vertical manure conveyor transport to the dung vehicles
