Electric heating foam cutting knife is hand-held design, ergonomic, equipped with electronic switch, power adjustable, heating knife directly cutting. With metal hook, intimate design, more convenient to place, when not hanging, saving space. This handle is equipped with different blades, multi-purpose, one step can combine 5 cutting methods: direct cutting, small slotting, large slotting, carving and oblique cutting, can cut foam, low density sponge, pearl cotton, KT board, insulation board, extrusion board, foam sculpture and other materials.

Cutting features: after cutting, the fracture is smooth, no debris, no burr, port melting, one-time molding.

The hot foam knife is mainly used for cutting low density foaming material and chemical fiber cloth and other materials with low melting point: foam (EPS), pearl cotton (EPE), sponge (PU), insulation board (XPS), KT board, non-woven fabric, wallpaper, chemical fiber cloth, nylon rope and so on.

Matters needing attention:
 

The electric heating knife needs to stop for cooling for about 20 seconds after 1 minute.

The machine belongs to the heating type, and the heat will be transmitted to the casing and circuit board.

If the cooling time is not rested, the case will melt and the temperature control protection will start. After the temperature control protection, it can be used again after 10-20 minutes of rest.

But case melting is not covered by the warranty.

Need to standardize the use of more pleasant to work.
