Q1. Which currency does the ATM/CDM accepts?

Currently, our ATM/CDM dispenses and accepts MYR (Malaysia Ringgit) notes only.

Q2. What are the accepted denomination notes at the ATM/CDM?

Deposit: RM10, RM20, RM50 and RM100 notes only.

Withdrawal: RM20, RM50 and RM100 notes only.

Q3. What is the difference between fast cash and cash withdrawal at the ATM/CDM?

Fast cash enables you to withdraw money from the following 8 pre-defined amount selection: RM50, RM100, RM200, RM500, RM800, RM1000, RM1500 and RM2000.

As for other amount cash withdrawal, you may enter your preferred amount at the ATM/CDM.

Q4. What is the ATM/CDM withdrawal limit per transaction and accumulated withdrawal limit per day?

The minimum amount is RM20.00 and maximum amount is RM2,000.00 for each withdrawal. As for the daily accumulated maximum withdrawal from all channel, the limit is defaulted at RM10,000.00. You may reset your daily withdrawal at any BOCM branches or via Internet Banking BOCNet. However, the highest daily limit shall not exceed RM10,000.00.

Q5. What is the ATM/CDM deposit limit per transaction and accumulated deposit limit per day?

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction and the ATM/CDM accepts up to 200 pieces of notes per transaction. The daily accumulated maximum deposit amount is RM50,000.
