Application
- Injection molding SmFeN magnet is a magnet with magnetic properties close to that of bonded NdFeB magnets. At present, Injection molding SmFeN magnets can be used in various motors with convenient manufacturing technology, which is similar to the processing method of injection molding ferrite magnets.
- High technology maturity, high product qualification rate, suitable for 20 tons -200 tons of various types of injection molding machines. The formed magnets have excellent appearance and high dimensional accuracy. The magnets can be integrally formed with copper, stainless steel, plastic bearings and other types of inlays. They can be widely used in micro motors, motor rotors and sensors, automotive motors, as well as household appliances and toys.

- The density of injection molding SmFeN Magnet is 3.5-4.5g/cm3, and the density of injection molding NFeB Magnet is 5.0-5.5g/cm3, and the products of the same volume are more lightweight.
