Application
- Injection-molded NdFeB magnet is a kind of magnetic properties 3MGOe-12MGOe rare earth magnetic material.
- At present, NdFeB injection magnets can be divided into: Isotropic NdFeB Injection Magnets and Anisotropic NdFeB Injection Magnets. According to the working temperature, they can be divided into PA12 NdFeB Injection Magnets and PPS NdFeB Injection Magnets . PA12 magnets can work in the range of -45°C to 120°C; PPS magnets can work in the range of -45°C to 200°C.
- It is mainly used in various motors and has convenient manufacturing technology, which is similar to the processing method of injection molding ferrite magnets.
- Product maturity is high, product qualification rate is high, suitable for 20 tons -200 tons of various types of injection molding machines. The formed magnets have excellent appearance and high dimensional accuracy. The magnets can be integrally formed with copper, stainless steel, plastic bearings and other types of inlays. They can be widely used in micro motors, motor rotors and sensors, automotive motors, as well as household appliances and toys.
