These custom logo disposable cup lids are made from sugarcane fiber. Sugarcane pulp known as "bagasse" is derived from the crushed sugarcane stalks after the juice has been extracted. Sugarcane pulp is sustainable, renewable, compostable and biodegradable resource that is becoming readily available. Sugarcane pulp "bagasse" products can also be recycled within the paper and cardboard recycling facility provided are not largely contaminated with food residue.

The sugarcane bagasse disposable cup lids are made with high pressure and temperatures that turns sugar cane pulp into molded form. Once molded sugarcane cup lids are sterilised and sanitised and conforms to FDA guidelines. They can match bagasse cups and paper cups well, and touch food & liquid beverage directly, serve hot soup and curries. The bagasse disposable cup lids will 120days to biodegrade in a commercial composting environment.
