Use the following procedure in order to tighten the bolts :
1. Opposite bolts of each exhaust manifold are snug diagonally in order to seat the exhaust seal uniformly.
2. Torque the bolts to 55 5 N m (41 4 lb ft).
3 44 5p-3875 Bolt Before assembly, apply Never-Seez Marine Grade to the threads and to the bearing surfaces..
Torque the bolts to 50 5 N m (37 4 lb ft).
4 4 5p-3961 Bolt Before assembly, apply Never-Seez Marine Grade to the threads and to the bearing surfaces..
Torque the bolts to 50 5 N m (37 4 lb ft).
