Fabric circular sample cutter/Gsm cutter, circular sample cutter can cut a variety of fabric samples, such as 100 cm²Matindale test. By stretching,precise circular fabric samples with smooth edges can be cut, and even hard-to-cut materials such as fabrics, films, paper towels, corrugated cardboard, and faux leather can be easily cut.

As a fabric gsm tester, the cutting pad is made of porous rubber and allows the sample cutter to safely cut into the base.

This instrument is suitable for cutting round samples of various wool, cotton, chemical fiber, knitted fabrics, etc. Various fabrics can be quickly and accurately cut into a circular sample of a specific area, and the grams per square meter can be obtained after weighing.

Feature
GSM Circular Cutter designed specfically to cut a preceise 100cm2 (diameter 113mm) out circular specimen is used together with a high-precision Fabric Weight Balance to provide an accurate and easy for determining fabric weight in GRAMS per SQUARE METER (g/m2) or OUNCES per SQUARE YARD (oz/yd2) in off-shore markets. A Specimen of 100cm2 is cut and placed on the balance which is switchable from g/m2 to oz/yd2.

Fabric round knife instructions:

Cut the sample on the rubber tile pad fabric, place the fabric on the sampler disc, pull out the locking device on the sampler, rotate about 90 degrees, hold the corrugated handwheel on the jacket in one hand, apply certain pressure, then swing the handwheel clockwise (at an Angle greater than 90 degrees), and then cut the sample in a circle

Once the sampler is finished, lock the device and rotate it to its original position. The blade should not be exposed to avoid injury to hands and other objects.
