A: Yes, we favor the sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
3-5 samples are for free, you just bear the freight cost.

Q3. How about the lead time?
A: Samples need 3-5 days, mass production needs 1-2 weeks, for more according to the quantity.

Q4. Is there any MOQ limit for the led light orders?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.

Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping, are also optional.

A: Firstly, we are a manufacturer and provide OEM and ODM service, so let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly, the customer confirms the samples and places a deposit for a formal order, then we will sign a legally binding contract.
Finally, arrange the production.

Q7. Is it ok to print my logo on an led light product?
A: Yes, please inform us formally before the production and confirm the design first based on the sample,
we support Silk printing and Laser printing on products.

Q8: Do you offer a guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty on our products.

Q9: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new orders for small quantities.
For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including
re-call according to a real situation, and the return shipping fee will be borne by us.
