The machine tool has electronic handwheel tool setting and auxiliary tool adjustment functions. The radial feed of the column of the machine tool adopts high-precision ball screw, which has high radial positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy. The lifting mechanism of the slide plate of the machine tool adopts German clamping components and is equipped with an independent medium and high pressure hydraulic station to ensure sufficient clamping force. The machine tool table adopts a conical shape, which is conducive to the flow of iron filings; the internal use of high-precision radial bearings and high-precision variable tooth thickness worm gear pairs ensures the accuracy of gear cutting. The machine tool is equipped with an independent low-pressure hydraulic station, which mainly provides powerful lubrication of the tool holder, general lubrication of the driving tool, and loosening and clamping of the rotary cylinder of the worktable. It returns oil in time and does not produce mixed oil phenomenon. The machine tool has a separate cooling oil tank, which adopts large flow cooling.
