Jelly Cap

1. Light-Blocking Protection
   The opaque black plastic shields light-sensitive pigments and dyes from UV exposure, preventing color shift, fading, or premature curing during storage.
2. Grip & Torque Control
   Deep, tactile ribs (the “jelly” profile) give wet, gloved, or paint-covered fingers extra grip, making the cap easy to open or close without slipping.
3. Leak-Proof Seal
   Engineered threads and optional PE or EPE liner create an airtight, leak-proof closure that keeps paints from drying out or spilling when bottles are tipped or transported.
4. Drip & Clog Resistance
   The smooth, low-profile dome and recessed threads minimize paint build-up on the cap surface, reducing dried-on residue that can block the neck or threads.
5. Chemical Durability
   Molded from solvent-resistant PP or HDPE, the cap withstands repeated contact with acrylics, enamels, thinners, and cleaning agents without cracking or warping.
