50WW470 SINGLE PHASE AUTOTRANSFORMER SILICON STEEL EI LAMINATION 

 

Eddy currents are loops of electrical current induced within conductors by a changing magnetic field in the conductor according to Faraday's law of induction. The core of the transformer is laminated to reduce the eddy current and thus increase efficiency.

Introduction:
Single phase EI core is made by the silicon steel strip. The model of EI lamination in standard sizes is from

EI-30 to EI-360.The gap sizes of transformer lamination core can be customized.

 

The magnetic path (Core) is with 0.27, 0.35 & 0.5mm thick electrical steel CRGO & CRNGO grade lamination with EI Geometric shapes which can be with strip assembly or EI shaped or wound core for minimal fringing magnetic flux.
