The cutter device is composed of a fixed plate, a cylinder block, a cutting blade, a coupling plate, a copper rod, a guide column, a cutter cylinder, a transition joint, an insulating spacer, etc., and the function is to cut off the glue tube between die head and mold after the mold clamping ; the cutting blade is heated at a high temperature, and the operator should pay attention to safety when adjusting and debugging. The guide post on the cutter unit should be refueled frequently to make it work properly.
