3.The temperature control is not accurate or the temperature deviation is large, and the installation position of the temperature measurement point(thermocouple) is unreasonable, which causes the temperature to produce periodic deviation. With the increase of the temperature deviation, the deviation affecting the weight also increases. When the temperature rises, the extrusion tube is stretched and increased. In the same operating cycle, the water mouth material on the bottom of the bottle is increased and the product weight is reduced. When the temperature is low, the weight of the product increases. When the thermocouple has poor contact, there is a similar failure. If the thermocouple is bad, the extrusion amount decreases, and when it is lower than the temperature of the plastic melting point, the motor current increases.
