2: Operation
After confirming that the machine and the mold are all normal, the production of the product begins.
The heating temperature of each stage is set according to the raw materials used, and the temperature is raised.
When starting, the screw setting temperature should be about 10 degrees higher, slow start (about 5HZ), and gradually increase the screw speed to normal speed under normal discharge conditions.
When the machine is shut down, it is required to empty the material of the barrel to stop the machine.
