2: mold installation

After confirming that each part is operating normally, start installing the mold.

Move the mold to the middle of the template, the fixing holes are roughly corresponding, and pay attention to the upper and lower, left and right positions, screw the mold and the outer template fixing bolts and lock them. When the machine is shipped from the factory, the plane on the inner template is used as the reference, and the vertical plane on the inner template is blown. It should be noted that the upper plane of the mold is parallel to the plane on the inner template, so as to cut off the flash of the product, the hand leaves the gap between the mold and the inner template, and the mold fixing bolt is screwed off after manual slow clamping.
