2:The mode impact is controlled by the pressure on the slow frame and the buffered one-way throttle valve at the front end of the cylinder. When
there is impact sound on the upper shifting die, the pressure on the slow frame should be reset to reduce the pressure. The adjusting screw on
the flow valve is screwed clockwise and adjusted until the upper shifting mold has no impact sound. Pay attention to safety when adjusting the
upper die throttle valve. The pressure on the slow frame is also the pressure for manually moving the upper mold. If there is no manual
movement, the pressure on the slow frame can be set high. However, the pressure on the slow frame should be set low during fully automatic
operation. The general pressure analog quantity is set between 100 and 300.
