Because the weld bead has a certain width, each weld There is a certain amount of overlap between the roads, and finally a surfacing layer with sufficient hardness, high temperature wear resistance, and thermal fatigue resistance is formed on the working surface.

The gantry surfacing welding head adopts servo drive in the longitudinal and transverse directions, PLC programmable control, which can meet the requirements of curve welding and surfacing welding.
