Machine structure,

The machine consists of bed, worktable, beam, sliding seat, ram, cooling system, pneumatic system, slag discharge system, dust removal system, support plate and other components.

1.1.  Bed

       The machine bed adopts integral welding structure, high temperature back quenching treatment, and then vibration aging treatment. It has good rigidity and high precision, and can be used for a long time without deformation.

1.2.  Exchange workbench part

        The machine adopts gantry structure, Taiwan YYC high-precision high-speed rack and pinion (helical) double-sided drive and linear guide, with stable transmission and high precision. The exchange worktable is composed of fixed worktable main frame and cutting worktable.

        Fixed worktable main frame: the whole bending process of ultra thick plate is adopted, and then the whole welding is formed, so as to have great bearing capacity.

        By welding the whole square, the structure is stable; when working, the double-layer exchange worktable exchanges at the same time, the exchange time can be completed in 20 seconds, greatly reducing the exchange time, so as to improve the production efficiency!

1.3.  Beam

       The crossbeam is welded as a whole. After two times of high temperature quenching and vibration aging, the crossbeam is formed by high precision processing, with good rigidity, high strength and dynamic performance.

1.4.  X, Y, Z axis motion control

       X, Y axis and Z axis adopt Fuji high torque servo motor, with high precision, high speed, large torque, large inertia, stable and durable performance. It ensures the high speed and acceleration of the whole machine.

1.5.  Waste discharge system

        The lower part of the bed is equipped with a cart, which can collect the waste in the production process and small parts.

1.6.  Dust removal system

        FCL3015 CNC laser cutting machine workbench has a special partition dust removal system, which is used to remove dust, waste  gas and other substances in the production process, so as to make the working environment comfortable.
