The upper blades holder adopts guillotine structure. The rolling guide is supported by three-point type.automatic adjustment of cutting length, nitrogen accumulative return.

2.  This Shearing machine is a specially developed model to solve the problems of labor consumption in plate cutting. This model can reduce labor, lift up cutting speed and improve efficiency. It can be completed without foot pedal,  and CNC touch screen controller operation. High precision ball screw + sliding guide rail are used to push the plate into shearing, and the shearing accuracy is ± 0.1mm.

3.  This Shearing machine is a variable actions machine which is produced in a variety of cutting length and capacity.  the main controlling X-axis (cutting length), Cutting angle, Cutting width, and Blades gap/clearance all be controlled by CNC controller DAC310T or DAC360T according to different plates thickness and length.

4.  Our standard machine is assemblied with normal motor. But now one new high-power servo motor can be applied to our  shearing machine. Servo motor is more saving energy and environmental protection and reduce production costs.
