Main characteristic:

This belongs to four-rolls plate rolling machine, up roller is fixed and it is the main drive,hydraulic motor driven by variable speed drive gear up and down roller belt drive, to provide torque for the roll sheet; under the roller moves vertically through the hydraulic pressure acting on the piston of hydraulic cylinder obtained in order to clamp plate for hydraulic transmission; the down roll of the sides with side roller and cylinder driven by oil.The machine advantage of end plate bending(pre-bending) and rolling can be conducted on the same machine

The lifting displacement is controlled by sensors and PLC, automatically leveled, and displayed on the Touch screen.

This machine can complete pre-bending and pipe shaped rolling for one material feeding, arc or moderate taper shaped material can be pre-bend on this machine with minmized residual straight margin and high work efficiency.

It also can do the work of approximate leveing for metal plate to be processed.

It is widely used on petroleum, chemical boiler, shipbilding, metal structure and mechanical manufacturing industry.

Main Structure of the machine:

The machine is four rollers plate bending machine, It composed of work frame , upper roll device , main drive device, down roll device, side roll device, overturn device ,hydraulic system(parts) , electricity system(parts), and lubricate device .

its structure shown as drawing 1,

upper roller as initiative roller, down roller and side rollers as driven rollers;

upper roller is fixed, down roller does up and down movement;

upper roller is mechanical initiative, while down roller and side rollers are driven by friction from plate and rollers.

Down roller and two side rollers are driven by hydraulic oil tank to do lifting movement.

Upper roller's ventro-bearing overturn and reset are also driven by hydraulic oil tank. Rollers’ bearing and oil tank are installed on left and right side of machine frame.

Left and right machine framework are the main parts of whole machine, which is totally steel welded, installed on the welded base, and all operations are finished on console.
