Compared with the direct explosion method, this method has the advantages of improving efficiency and reducing cost. However, since the rolling processing amount should not be too large, that is, the elongation coefficient is not large, it is not suitable for mass production. and for a rectangular composite rod, the corners are not easily filled. If the amount of deformation of the pass is not well controlled, there may be a crimp or ear. Due to the use of the finished hot rolling method, the composite rod has poor bending resistance and has an impact on the use.
