We have 0.1mm thickness titanium foil in stock. Cold rolled precision titanium strip with high tensile strength and accurate dimension is one of our most popular titanium metal products. Our titanium foil meets ASTM B265 standard. High precision Gr1 titanium foil max.width 320mm in vacuum annealed condition. Due to it’s good heat resistance, corrosion resistance, elasticity resistance and formability, Grade 1 titanium strip coil is widely used in Petrochemicals/Aerospace/Electronics/Precision Manufacturing/Military Industry/Scientific Research/Medical and other special materials.
The most widely used manufacturing method of titanium foil is flat roll belt rolling, which has high productivity, large scale and output. Six-roll cold rolling mill and 20-roll cold rolling mill are the mostly commonly used rolling machines.
