Titanium Grade 4 is the highest strength among pure titanium grades. It is used in the working environment of 0-427°C, and can be welded at intermittent temperature to 538°C. The production process is: release the pressure at 482-593°C for 30 minutes to 4 hours, air cooling. Anneal at 649-816°C for 15 minutes to 2 hours, air cooling. Forgings: closed heating at 871-927°C, completed at 816-871°C.
