The oxygen evolution overpotential of insoluble titanium anode used in electroplating is also lower than that of platinum insoluble anode, which is widely used as anode or auxiliary anode in various electroplating. Titanium anode for electroplating has good stability (chemical, electrochemical) and long service life during electroplating. The anode is widely used in nickel plating, chrome plating, zinc plating, copper plating and other non-ferrous metal plating industries.
Insoluble titanium nitride electrode for electroplating is composed of sintered multi-layer special mixed noble metal oxide on the titanium matrix.
