The function of the MASTER VAC ASM; BRK
1.Reduce the force required to press the brake pedal

Without a booster, heavy force is needed to brake, which is difficult for ordinary drivers to achieve sufficient stopping power. With assistance, light pressure can effectively stop the vehicle.

2.Amplify the force applied to the brake pedal

Using engine vacuum (or electric/hydraulic assistance), it multiplies the force from your foot several times and transmits it to the brake master cylinder.

The structure of the  Master vac asm

1.Housing:The outer shell, usually made of metal or plastic, forming a sealed chamber.

2.Diaphragm:A flexible rubber diaphragm that divides the interior of the booster into two separate spaces: the front chamber (vacuum chamber) and the rear chamber (atmospheric chamber).

3.Control Valve Assembly:Consists of a vacuum valve and an air valve, controlling the connection and disconnection of vacuum and air between the two chambers, serving as the core control component.

4.Input Push Rod:Connects to the brake pedal and transmits the foot force to the control valve.

Structure of the Alternator.
Alternators are usually made up of components such as stators, rotors, covers and bearings. The stator consists of a stator core, a wire bale winding, a base, and other structural parts that hold these parts in place. The rotor consists of rotor core (or pole, magnetic choke) windings, guard rings, center rings, slip rings, fans and shafts. The stator and rotor of the generator are assembled by bearings and end covers, so that the rotor can rotate in the stator and do the movement of cutting magnetic field lines, thereby generating an induced potential, which is led out by the terminals and connected to the loop, and a current is generated.
