BA121S01-200 BOE launched a 12.1-inch a-Si TFT-LCD liquid crystal module product, it is equipped with WLED backlight, including LED driver backlight drive, no touch. The features are: white LED backlight, including LED driver, terminal installation, 180 Degree inversion display, 6/8 bit grayscale optional. It is used in industrial and other products. This product was mass-produced in Q3 of 2018, and the current production status is in mass production. In terms of backlight, this product adopts WLED light-emitting edge light source, the service life of the light source is 30K hours, including LED driver. BA121S01-200 adopts LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) signal interface, a total of 20 pins, which are connected by terminals, and the drive voltage is 3.3V (Typ.). Its typical vertical refresh rate Fv is 60Hz.
