AT070TN94 Innolux is a 7.0-inch LCD module based on A-Si TFT-LCD technology. It is equipped with WLED backlight, no backlight drive and no touch. AT070TN94 displays a resolution of 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA), width to height ratio of 16:9 (width: height), pixels arranged in RGB vertical strips. Its display area size is 154.08×85.92 (width × height) mm, visual size is 156.7×89.1 (width × height) mm, appearance size is 164.9×100 (width × height)×6(thickness) mm, surface treatment is fog surface, product net weight is 154G (Typ.). In terms of backlight, this product adopts 3S9P WLED side entry light source, which has a service life of 20K hours without backlight drive. AT070TN94 adopts Parallel RGB (1 CH, 6/8-bit) signal interface, a total of 50 pins, FPC connection, drive screen voltage is 3.3/10.4/16.0/-7.0V (Typ.)(DVDD/AVDD/VGH/VGL).It operates at -30 °C to 85°C, stores at -30 °C to 85°C, and has a vibration resistance of 1.5g (14.7m /s²). Based on its width and temperature, white LED backlight, up/down, left/right flip display, 6/8 bit gray level optional, surface fog, DE/SYNC Mode selectable; 2 in 1 FPC and other features, this model is recommended for vehicle display.
