500ml HDPE Milk Bottle Extrusion Blow Molding Machine High Output Automatic
This is our double station, 6 die-heads extrusion blow molding machine. It is quite suitable for making HDPE milk bottles and other small bottles size below 500ml. The output can reach 2,400pcs/hour. Producing the milk bottles, in order to ensure better aluminum foil sealing effect, this bottle will be designed with rotary cutting bottle mouth, we can equip the rotary cutting device on the machine, so you just need to let two workers sit beside the two side of the machine to collect the bottles and pack the finished bottles. If you need fully automation line, you also can equip robot arms to take out the bottles onto the conveyor, then equip leak tester, and automatic packaging table.
