Production Process

To produce one complate screen need 8 basic process as below:

1 . Fog material test
2 . Stick oca,
3. Inspect TP,
4. Visua inspection,
5. Laminating fog,
6. Assembly backlight,
7 . BI soldering,
8 . Install small parts

QC Control:

1. When product finished all process from factory , will has 2 times product QC to check basic touch ,backlight, frame and pixel problem.

2 . We have extra testing team test every pcs of cutosmers order before packing and shipping . to ensure product no dead pixel , no touch problem , no dust , no backlight problem and no broken.

Notices:

• 1. When received package from express company or air company ,please check the products package first , if outside carton has damage or broken please take picture and check inside goods if has any damage. and contact express comany.
• 2. When receievd packages are all fine , please check package weight, and open packagecheck qty if same as our packing list.
• 3. When open and test screen please ensure connect flex well and ensure test board is working.
• 4. If test screen is no turn on or no touch please turn on test board and check again, if still no touch contact us , touch problem is included in warranty.
• 5. Please test screen before install it on phone , man made installation damage defectives are not included in warranty .
