Galvanized coil, in which a thin steel plate is immersed in a molten zinc tank so that a thin steel plate of zinc is adhered to its surface. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the coiled steel plate is continuously immersed in a zinc-melted plating tank to make galvanized steel sheet; Alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This steel plate is also made by the hot dip method, but immediately after the groove, it is heated to about 500 °C to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good coating adhesion and weldability.
Galvanized coil is produced by advanced and improved Sengimir galvanizing method on the continuous hot-dip galvanizing production line of cold rolling mill, with excellent quality and stable performance
The product has the following characteristics:
(1) Excellent cold-rolled steel strip as the base material, excellent processing performance and good stamping resistance.
(2) The zinc layer has uniform thickness, strong adhesion, no peeling during processing and molding, and good corrosion resistance.
(3) The surface is smooth, the size is accurate, the board surface is straight, and the zinc flower is uniform and beautiful.
(4) After passivation, oil treatment, short-term storage in the warehouse will not deteriorate.
(5) After the surface is smooth, it is a good substrate for making anti-corrosion coated plates
