Description:

FRP storage tank is a non-metallic composite tank made of resin and glass fiber wound by a microcomputer controlled machine. It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high strength, long service life, flexible design, and strong manufacturability. Due to the characteristics of FRP tanks, FRP tanks are widely used in chemical, environmental protection, food, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing industries, and gradually replace carbon steel and stainless steel in most market areas.

Epoxy furan resin, modified or polyester resin and phenolic resin are selected as binders according to the medium used (storage or transportation). The binder consists of high resin content corrosion resistant lining, impervious layer, filament winding strengthening layer and outer protective layer.

The outer winding layer of water treatment FRP tank is glass fiber, lined with PE/FRP. The maximum test pressure is 150 PSI, the maximum working pressure is 100 PSI, the working temperature is 1-49 C, and the maximum vacuum degree is 5 Hg (127 mm Hg).
