An active infection at the operative site
A demonstrated allergy or sensitivity to any of the implant materials
Prior successful intervertebral body fusion surgery at the level(s) to be treated is contraindicated for IBF implants only
Severe osteoporosis may prevent adequate fixation and preclude the use of this or any other orthopedic implant
Conditions that may place excessive stress on bone and these implants, including but not limited to severe obesity, or other degenerative disease
A medical or surgical situation that would preclude the benefit of surgery.
