Purpose and overview of plane filter screen:
the grid is used to be inserted in the canal to intercept floating inclusions with small diameter and reduce the treatment load of subsequent processes. It is commonly used in urban water supply, industrial water supply and other projects. It has the advantages of good rigidity, multi-faceted straightness, superior pollution interception effect and low cost.
In addition to self weight, it is mainly the water load caused by the water level difference before and after the grid after the dirt is blocked, which is generally considered as 2 ~ 4m water head. The size of the trash rack depends on the flow through the rack and the allowable flow rate through the rack. In order to reduce head loss and facilitate sewage removal, the flow velocity through the grid is generally required to be no more than about 1.0m/s. The trash rack can be made into fixed or capable of lifting.
Installation instructions for plane grid
The length of the guide rail shall be determined according to the engineering conditions. When splicing is required, butt double-sided welds shall be adopted. The misalignment of welded junction shall be less than 0.2 times the waist thickness of channel steel. The welded junction must be ground flat. The guide rail must be straightened before installation, and the straightness tolerance value is 1 / 1000 of the guide rail length
The perpendicularity of the guide rail length is 1000 / 1,
The parallelism tolerance between the guide rail centerline and the installation center plane is 4. The spacing l of embedded iron shall not be greater than 800, and its size and quantity shall be determined according to the engineering conditions.
