Installation method of steel grating

The utility model has the advantages of not damaging the hot-dip galvanized layer and convenient disassembly. The safest way is to directly weld the screw head on the beam without the lower clamp, so as to ensure that the steel grating will not slide off the beam due to the loosening of the installation clamp.
The mounting clamp is applicable to various series of steel gratings. It is composed of upper clamp, lower clamp and M8 or M10 hexagon socket head bolts. The method of fixing with installation clamps: at least four sets of installation clamps shall be used for each plate, and more plates with large span shall be installed on the available supports.

Model classification of steel grating mounting clamp

Type C: it is composed of an upper pressing plate with double hooks and an M8 hexagon head bolt that can be welded to the support member.
Type B: it is composed of an upper pressing plate with double hooks (one hook can enclose two adjacent steel gratings), a lower pressing plate with teeth and an internal angle bolt > M8.
Type A: it is composed of an upper pressing plate with double hooks, a lower pressing plate with teeth and an M8 hexagon socket bolt.

1. Directly weld the steel grating or step plate on the supporting steel structure, and brush the welding part with zinc rich silver powder paint twice.

2. It is installed with special installation clamp for Yangtze River Delta steel grating, which does not damage the galvanized layer and is convenient for disassembly and assembly. Each set of mounting clamps includes an upper clamp, a lower clamp, an M8 round head bolt and a nut.

3. Stainless steel mounting clip or bolt connection and other fastening methods can be provided as required.

4. The installation clearance of steel grating is generally 10mm.

5. During installation, each must pay attention to the firm and reliable installation, and should be checked frequently to prevent the installation clamp from loosening and falling off. The steel grating close to the vibration source should be welded or added with rubber pad.
