The inclined-jet turbine is primarily designed for power stations with high head and low flow conditions. Water flows from the reservoir through the diversion pipe and exits the nozzle at high velocity onto the runner blades, causing rotation. After passing through the runner, water discharges into the tailwater tank and downstream channel.

This turbine is suitable for small hydropower stations with water heads between 20-200m, converting hydraulic energy into electrical energy. Available in both vertical and horizontal shaft configurations with various bearing structures and speed regulation options (automatic, manual, or electric).

The runner blade axis is inclined, creating an angled water flow path. The welded volute structure features 12 seat ring struts at a 35° angle. The guide mechanism includes 24 blades with a 45° inclination angle, using water-lubricated wooden bearings and rubber seals to prevent leakage.

The stainless steel runner chamber houses ten 45° angled blades, with blade adjustment capability up to 30°. The inclined design improves efficiency while reducing the unit's footprint.
