The Francis turbine features a compact structure and high efficiency, capable of adapting to a wide range of water heads. Water flows through the runner radially and exits axially, making it a radial-axial turbine.

Ideal for water heads from 20m to 700m, these turbines offer simple structure, stable operation, and high efficiency, typically used in medium head ranges (50m to 400m). Single unit output ranges from tens of kilowatts to hundreds of thousands of kilowatts.
