CIPP impregnation facility platform to mix hot-water curing liner with resin
The CIPP impregnation platform is mainly used to mix the hot-water liner with resin for the trenchless repair of drainage pipes. The dry felt liner is welded into required size, and then impregnated with PU resin and pressed to form wet liner, which are then turned over into the pipes by the gravity of water within 24 hours, and then heated by boiler. The liner is cured to complete the nodig repair.
