D919 High Voltage Mercury UV light cure integrated system is for CIPP underground pipeline trenchless repair, which is independently developed and designed by Daoyunai Limited. We are the factory, the manufacturer, the designer, and the supplier.
The industrial pipeline trenchless repair equipment is composed of the mobile control system, transmission cable, UV light holder, HD camera, and auxiliary tools.
Integrated design and High integration!!! High efficiency and energy saving, few pollution, only need a generator power supply (customer selection available). The UV cable length is standard 180-200m, and the curing speed is 0.1 ~ 2.8m/min.
Embedded industrial computer and keyboard, 15-inch touch screen, which can store high-definition images (1920 * 1080). High Voltage Mercury curing is adopted with a short curing time and high speed. After the lining is cured, it is tensile, compressive, corrosion-resistant, and has independent structural strength.
According to the CIPP repair and curing process, Daoyunia Energy Saving Technology Limited independently developed and manufactured the D919 UV light curing integrated trenchless repair equipment, which is more suitable for the repair of complex drainage pipe networks.
D919 ultraviolet (UV) light curing integrated equipment makes the construction operation simple and reliable, which can avoid film burning and incomplete curing.
The installation is very flexible, to be installed on any chassis, or in containers mobile and portable. The layout design in the vehicle is reasonable, it is convenient for on-site construction, and the supporting auxiliary supplies are complete.
