Pulling CIPP UV liner into the pipeline

1. Place the hoist on the wellhead to align the reel with the guide wheel, and the personnel at both ends can start the hoist to pull materials when they are ready.

2. During material delivery, ensure that the materials are folded neatly and are not scratched by foreign matters during material movement, especially at the wellhead and nozzle. (you can brush lubricant under the material to reduce the resistance of pulling the material).

3. The pulling speed shall be controlled within 5m/min.

4. If space permits, try to leave a certain distance between the steelhead and the pipe orifice to ensure that the finished incision is beautiful. When the material is approaching the end, do not pull too much, otherwise, it is very troublesome to pull the material backward. The hoist can be stopped when the material is pulled down to a proper position.

5. Remove the rope for pulling materials, rope tightener, lifting belt, universal shaft, and guide wheel, and put them back in the original place for next use. (when pulling the material, it is better to keep the material tight and observe whether the bottom film is pulled).

6. Repair the pipes of DN600 and below. The length of the two ends of the inner liner extending out of the original pipe is about ≥ 600mm. Repair the pipes of DN600 and above. The length of the two ends of the inner liner extending out of the original pipe is about ≥ 1000mm.
