Cure UV CIPP Lining Urban Rural Sewer Pipes Repair Cured In Place Pipe Lining Process
UV-CIPP materials for urban and rural sewer networks repair by No excavation
Basic principles
The CIPP curing method is known in English as cured-in-place pipe. Its principle is to form a complete and new pipeline with structural strength inside the existing pipeline through a certain process.
UV-CIPP, as a process of in-situ curing method, is used for Trenchless repair of underground municipal drainage pipes. The pipe diameter covers DN200-DN1800. The repair length can pass through several sections of manholes at a time, with a length of about 50m-300m. It is mainly aimed at sewage pipes and rainwater pipes and is suitable for various common pipes, such as plastic pipes, concrete reinforced pipes, cast iron pipes, brick pipes, etc.
The basic step is to put the glass fiber liner pee-impregnated with resin into the pipe by dragging, and then irradiate it with ultraviolet UV equipment to make the resin produce a photochemical reaction, quickly cure and harden, and complete the repair.
