The protective bottom film plays a role in protecting the lining hose, preventing the lining hose from being scratched and damaged by protrusions during pulling in.

The width of the bottom membrane shall be greater than 1/3 of the circumference of the original pipeline, and the length is recommended to be 500mm longer than the original pipeline. If it can be extended to the ground, it is better. The backing membrane shall not be broken and accumulated during the pulling process. After the bottom membrane is pulled to the end, it shall be fixed firmly with a wooden square and other items and shall be fixed at the opposite nozzle as far as possible to reserve enough space for the following operations.

Important information:

The hardening rate depends on the geometry of the pipe, the wall thickness of the hose lining, the distance from the curing light source used to the lining pipe, the radiation intensity, etc., and is affected by the main conditions of the construction site (water, temperature, the material of the pipeline to be repaired, etc.). The above values are indicative of the maximum hardening rate.

If vinyl ester resin is used for hardening, the speed shall be reduced by 30-35%, and the pressure in the pipe is recommended to be between the specified minimum and maximum values.

The temperature resulting from curing shall be continuously between 80 ° C and 140 ° C maximum. If this level cannot be maintained under the set parameters, the hardening speed shall be adjusted to reach this level.
