A Trenchless Pipeline Repair Method in which the felts filled with thermosetting resin is poured into the old pipe and then heated and solidified to form a new lining pipe in the pipe.

Selection of inversion CIPP repair materials:

The hot water curing CIPP repair materials widely used in the market include pinhole felt (non-woven fabric), polyethylene coating (PU or PTU film), and unsaturated resin, that is, non-woven fabric + resin. The bending elastic modulus of the finished products can generally reach 2500mpa~3000mpa.

The process is:

Construction preparation → site traffic coordination and road occupation treatment → pipeline drainage → pipeline cleaning and water stop → CCTV inspection before repair, lining inversion construction and curing → CCTV inspection after repair → site cleaning
