Water gravity inverting liner for municipal sewer repair by trenchless CIPP

The CIPP construction process of trenchless repair of hot water solidified drainage pipeline:

1. First, the sewage treatment plant shall cooperate to reduce the accumulated water in the sewage pipeline. If the pipeline has siltation, it shall be subject to desilting treatment.

2. The accumulated water in the pipeline cannot be reduced through the sewage treatment plant or the lifting pump station. It is necessary to pump the accumulated water in the pipeline through the pump.

3. If the accumulated water in the pipeline cannot be pumped out through the sewage treatment plant or the water pump, the upstream of the sewage pipeline needs to be blocked, and the accumulated water in the pipeline can be drained through the water pump or the sewage treatment plant.

4. If the pipeline is seriously silted, it needs to be cleaned. We use an advanced high-pressure dredger to clean and dredge the pipeline so that the pipeline can meet the detection conditions.

5. After water pumping and pipeline desilting are completed through the above means, and the pipeline meets the detection conditions, the advanced video detection equipment robot is used to visually detect the sewage pipeline, and the type and accurate location of pipeline disease points are found through detection. Such as pipeline rupture, pipeline leakage, pipeline disconnection, pipeline dislocation, etc., the video data of disease points shall be stored. After the pipeline inspection, we can provide a detailed inspection report.

6. Through the video detection of the pipeline, problems are found, and our reasonable suggestions are put forward for the existing problems of the pipeline, so as to make the sewage pipeline more perfect in operation.
