Two common types of equipment for CCTV pipeline inspection

It is mainly realized through QV pipeline periscope and CCTV crawler pipeline inspection robot.

First: the QV pipeline periscope is mainly composed of three parts: control panel, camera host, and telescopic rod. The whole system puts the telescopic rod with the camera host into the pipeline to be inspected, and the camera host transmits the collected images and videos inside the pipeline to the control panel through wireless signals. The operator can observe the internal conditions of the pipeline in real-time and store the collected images and videos.

Second: CCTV pipeline inspection robot, the main body is composed of three parts: main controller, crawler, and cable tray. At present, the main controller generally adopts flat-panel operation. The operator controls the forward speed and direction of the crawler in the pipeline through the flat panel and controls the camera to transmit the images and videos inside the pipeline to the flat panel through wireless or wired methods. The operator can monitor the internal conditions of the pipeline in real-time, and store the original images and videos.

The Ministry of Housing and urban-rural development issued the technical specification for the inspection and evaluation of urban drainage pipelines, the technical specification for the detection and evaluation of TV and sonar of Shanghai public drainage pipelines edited by the Shanghai Municipal Drainage Department, and other local standards.
