Setting items: pipe diameter, thickness, length, selection of light chain, power, speed, and the time interval between bulb opening and closing. (it shall be set according to the technical parameters of the hose material manufacturer)

Select to turn on the bulb automatically or manually according to the site conditions.

When the temperature starts to rise:

Air temperature: no higher than 90 ° C and no higher than 120 ° C.

Material temperature 1: front material temperature, not less than 70 degrees, not more than 120 degrees.

Material temperature 2: rear material temperature, not less than 50 degrees, not more than 120 degrees. (recommended temperature, the actual situation depends on the hose manufacturer, equipment, internal conditions of on-site pipelines, etc.)

During the first three meters, pay close attention to the temperature changes in the three areas and adjust the curing speed at all times. After it is normal, the speed can be set to a fixed value, such as 90cm/min. If the temperature rises too fast, the speed can be increased by 120cm/min. If the temperature increases slowly, it can be suspended. The operator pays close attention to the whole process and adjusts it at any time.

At the last meter, it is switched to manual control and the camera is switched to rear view to ensure the safety of the light chain.
